We had the pleasure of catering a 100 guest wedding at the Palm Beach Shores Community Center in Palm Beach Shores, FL a few weeks ago and it was definitely a great time for everyone. The couple’s menu for Catering Palm Beach Shores included breaded mini meatballs with mozzarella center and marinara dipping sauce, tomato bruschetta on toasted crostini, fruit and cheese platters, Cesar’s salad, beef tenderloin in red wine sauce, grilled chicken in citrus sauce, roasted red potatoes, baked macaroni and cheese with bacon, and roasted vegetables.
