Breakers West Wedding Catering in Wellington, Florida

We recently had the pleasure of being the event planner and caterer for a wedding ceremony and reception in a beautiful private residence at the Breakers West in Wellington, Florida.   The theme of the wedding was classic and elegant. The linens, chairs and dinnerware were all white and created a timeless look.  The hor d’oeuvres for cocktail hour included vegetable spring rolls with dipping sauce, tomato bruschetta on toasted crostini drizzled with balsamic glaze, and garlic & cilantro shrimp skewers.

Dinner was a buffet style service that included bacon & cheese stuffed chicken breasts, lemon pepper tilapia filets, roasted red potatoes, yellow rice pilaf, and roasted seasonal vegetables.  The menu also included a colorful arugula and spinach salad with grape tomatoes, cucumbers, and a raspberry vinaigrette.

After the wedding, the mother of the bride sent us a heartfelt review regarding her feedback on the wedding.

Lisa & David, WOW… I can not thank you enough! Everything was so beautiful and amazing! I was a little nervous wanting everything to be perfect for Crystal and I think it was. Lisa thank you for putting up with all of our changes and questions. David, you were so helpful and kind while I was freaking out…you really went above and beyond to make the night wonderful! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!I will spread the word about you and call you for any other party planning!
