This week we provided corporate event catering services for a nightclub’s five-year anniversary party in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida.  The set up was a self serve station with a variety of appetizers. The menu included breaded mini meatballs with cheese center and marinara dipping sauce, cilantro lime chicken skewers with sunshine’s honey mustard sauce, fruit shish kabobs, and tomato bruschetta on toasted crostini drizzled with balsamic glaze.  As guests arrived at the nightclub, the appetizer station quickly became the center of attention as many partygoers were happy to have fresh fruits and bruschetta, along with small hot plates of meatballs and chicken skewers. Both the nightclub’s staff and guests were so pleased with the appetizer station that they repeatedly visited the station to tell the Sunshine team the food was great.
