We had a opportunity to do some catering in Boca Raton, Florida as we were a featured vendor in attendance at the “Get Ready” bridal seminar on September 19th at the Maui Spa & Wellness in Center. The seminar was located on the luxurious roof top of the Maui Spa and was hosted by Leslie Sue Photography. Attendees of the event were treated with an assortment of Vegetable Spring Rolls, Tomato bruschetta on Toasted Crostini drizzled with balsamic glaze, & Cesar Salad with iceberg lettuce, croutons, Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing.
As they enjoyed their salad and appetizers they also learned about important wedding day topics like: How to maximize you wedding day flow, what needs to be done before your wedding, what works and what doesn’t work on your wedding day, and much more. We would like to personally thank all the brides & grooms that came out, it was our pleasure to cater for you and since most in attendance came to the seminar right after work and many hadn’t eaten everyone was delighted to see Sunshine’s Catering & Event Planning tables set up with chafing dishes with delicious food waiting to be served.
